Here's how it works

1Valid for first-time orders only.
2Applies to one (1) 4-pack. Because we don't currently offer single-bottle samples or mix packs, our guarantee is designed to let you try one full 4-pack risk-free. This helps us keep prices fair for all families while still honoring our mission of transparency and trust.
3Must request refund within 30 days of delivery.
4No need to return the product — we'd rather you share it with someone else who might love it.
5One refund per household.

To request a refund

Simply email us at support@ummyshakes.com with: your order number, your shipping address, and optionally a quick note on what didn't work — we're always trying to learn and improve. We'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Returns (Non-Taste Guarantee)

Because our shakes are perishable, we do not accept returns on any opened or consumed items. If your order arrived damaged, incomplete, or incorrect — please contact us at support@ummyshakes.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll happily make it right.
